Shipping
Federal mail will be used for small products such as chain, clutches and rope. Canpar will be used to ship larger products such as blinds, vanes and valences. Both services include insurance up to $100 CAD. Canpar will deliver between 8 Am and 5 Pm. If you are not at home, please supply a shipping address of a neighbour or relative. Canpar will attempt twice to deliver the package, and if the package is undelivered, the package will be returned to us. If you live close to a Canpar depot, we could arrange for Dock pickup. Please let us know of their requirements.
Returns
All purchases are final. There are no returns. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or failure to read descriptions. If the shipping box appears damaged please make a notation when receiving signing for the package.
